My old boss snapped this on a recent work trip to Tokyo. Apparently the man perm—aka MERM—trend is rampant there. She actually played a game with her colleague…let’s call it Punch Buggy MERM. Needless to say, her arms were considerably bruised.
NO idea what’s up with the matching jackets though.
